The Business comprises a 22-strong workforce operating from a modern factory to E-U Standards, including 4000 SQ-M Temperature-controlled storage.

Five experienced drivers service the local market and long distance deliveries are covered by selected major hauliers (Exel, TFE, Cardon).

Regular audits of suppliers are conducted by the company's trained staff and a further guarantee of quality and service is provided by membership of G.R.A.L (Groupement d'Achat de produits Laitiers) which the company joined in 1997.
